Meat spreads

Raw eggs

Eggs must be well cooked through to avoid salmonella infection.
Soft mold ripened cheese
Don’t eat mold-ripened soft cheese, such as blue-veined cheese, Brie or Camembert, also avoid soft blue-veined cheeses such as Danish blue or gorgonzola.
These are made with mold and they can contain listeria, a type of bacteria
There is a risk of listeria infection. Listeria is a group of bacteria that can cause potentially fatal infections to pregnant women and their babies.
Caffeine
It is recommended to reduce your caffeine intake as much as possible below 200mg a day during your pregnancy.
High levels of caffeine have been linked to pregnancy complications.
Alcohol
There is no safe time to drink alcohol during pregnancy.
